Attention, enthusiasts! This weekend, the 2025 Budapest V60 Challenge was organized, where the first race filter of Magicake's life was the first place! For this occasion, we would like to introduce you to the competition coffee, the winning recipe, and to tell you a little bit about how this special event took place together with filter tasting, of course. What we're tasting: Blooming Beans ... Nicaragua Art & Coffee Series... Limited edition specialty coffee from Hi New Beans & Röast Collaboration Producer: Jose Ivan Agurcia Martinez Region: San Fernando, Nueva Segovia, Nicaragua Variant: Parainema Processing: Natural Anaerobic (72 hours fermentation) Roasting: Clear, specifically for filter Taste profile: Fresh bellies and jasmine, juicy citrus, silky body, light cocoa and vibrant chills
The item also includes a special ceramic aroma cup, which was created together with Sáfran Anett's ceramic artist, and we also use them at the tasting to complete the experience.

Why is it worth coming? This is not a workshop or classic cupping, it's more like a conversational coffee with a friendly atmosphere. We make more variations from the coffee competition, we discuss the tricks of extracting, and if you like, we also try the current items of the Coffee Calmár, out of the way.
