Pizza Workshop at Magicake Comfort food. Experience. Wind happiness. The pizza is not a meal, and the pizza is a pleasure. At our newest workshop, we would like to present the view that we have represented over the past years in French desserts, leavened breads and new wave coffees: slowly, of course, in high quality.
What we're gonna do together, we're gonna try: What makes the flour and how to choose? What kind of pasta is made with long fermentation, without yeast? What happens to bubbles when you throw noodles? How to make real pizza at home (with or without stone, steel)? The classic questions: tomato or cheese at the bottom? What toppings should be on it? Trappist or mozzarella? And, of course, we cook, we eat, we talk.
At the workshop: We make the pasta together, everyone gets their own cobbler. We bake a variety of pizzas. We provide detailed notes and recipes A taster and a good mood
